- Street parking is limited to permitted areas and posted signage must be followed
- Overnight street parking is not allowed; vehicles parked without authorization may be towed
- Street parking on Kaipo Road is not permitted, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed without warning between 8 PM and 7 AM
Use of Amenities
- Resort amenities may be subject to closure or maintenance and availability is not guaranteed
- Pool towels provided at the home are for the private pool only and should not be taken to resort facilities or off-site locations
- Bath towels are for indoor bathroom use only
- Pool towels should not be hung over the pool fence
- Pool heating operates during set daytime hours and may have limited performance during colder months
- If using a grill, the oil pan must be placed underneath; additional cleaning charges may apply if the patio is left dirty or stained
- Crib sheets, a car seat, and a baby stair gate are not provided and should be brought by guests if needed
