The property shows all the charm of the authentic constructions of the Apulian peasant tradition, the trullo (traditional Apulian dry stone hut with conical roof) and the lamia (Apulian rural construction), skilfully recouped with stone, wood and terracotta. Once past the entrance gate, you will be fascinated by the property: 13,500 sq m of land of "spontaneous architecture", with its particular composition similar to a courtyard, where each of the three bedrooms that compose the property is an independent suite, surrounded by olive trees with private outdoor areas equipped for relaxation. The suites are separated by characteristic dry stone walls and connected by stone paths adorned with trees of the Mediterranean scrub and fragrant lemon trees.
