• This is a smoke-free property; violations may result in a $300 penalty and liability for fire or property damage
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced in line with local regulations
• Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am; noise violations may result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation
• Parties and events require prior written approval; unauthorized gatherings may be shut down and fined
• Pets are permitted, but must be disclosed and approved; undisclosed pets may result in a $500 fine per pet
• Furniture and household items should remain in their original locations; unauthorized rearrangement may result in a reset charge

Use of Amenities

• Pool heating is not available from May 1 to October 1, and heated pools are limited to a maximum of 86°F
• Pool heat and spa heat cannot be used at the same time
• Summer desert temperatures may naturally increase the pool temperature
• Pool sun loungers do not include cushions
• The backyard gates may allow small dogs to pass through, so pets should be supervised outdoors
• Guests should be mindful of local wildlife, including insects, scorpions, and snakes, and avoid leaving doors or windows open
• Grass areas are unavailable for use through the end of October due to reseeding
