- Events or parties are only allowed with prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval for an additional fee. Bringing undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to, including the allowance for two additional guests beyond bed count with optional trifold floor mattresses.
