House Rules

• Smoking is prohibited on the property. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances may incur fines of up to $10,000.
• Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval and additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.

Pets

• Pets are allowed but may incur a fee. Disclosing pets is mandatory; unapproved pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
• Some pets may require additional approval based on breed, size, or weight restrictions.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heating is not available between April 1st and October 31st.
• The property is on a monthly pest control schedule, but insects native to Key West may still be present.

Additional Considerations

• Guests may encounter local wildlife such as geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens.
