- Due to high wildfire risk, all outdoor wood-burning fires, campfires, and charcoal grills are banned. Violations incur fines starting at $5,000.
- It is essential to exercise caution regarding bears and other wildlife in the area.
- Use of the hot tub comes with responsibility to follow safety guidelines.
Parking Regulations
- The garage accommodates one car, and the driveway holds up to eight vehicles. Parking in neighbors' driveways or blocking them is prohibited.
Additional Considerations
- The property has many stairs and is not suitable for wheelchairs or guests with mobility issues.
- A 4WD or AWD vehicle with snow tires is necessary for accessing the driveway during winter months (November to April).
- A pack n' play travel crib is available, and a high chair can be provided with 24-hour notice.
