- Pool heating requires advance notice of 48 hours and is subject to weather conditions; the pool and attached spa will be heated to the same temperature.
- Observe trash collection days and dispose of trash in the resort dumpster daily.
- Daily housekeeping is not provided, but mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
- Complimentary initial supplies are provided; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional personal toiletries and necessities.
- Pool heater may not function efficiently in cold weather and is not refundable if the desired temperature is not reached in such conditions.

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
