- No parties allowed at this property, with penalties applicable for violations.
- No smoking inside or outside of the property, with a $1,500 penalty for any infractions.
- Guests are not permitted access to resort amenities besides restaurants.
- A rental property agreement must be signed with a valid government-issued I.D. If not complied with, the reservation will be cancelled without refund.
- Washcloths are not provided for health reasons.
- Do not pull the fire alarm unless it is necessary; guests are liable for any costs incurred from a Fire Dept. visit.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in. Note that the spa is not a hot tub and shares the same temperature as the pool, with no independent temperature control.
- Trash must be bagged, tied, and placed in bins on the side of the house; valet service will handle curbside pick-up.
- $50/day pool heating fee (must be heated for the entire reservation/minimum of 5 nights charge).

We rented an 8 bedroom house at the Encore Resort in Kissimmee to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday and we had a fabulous time! The property was beautiful, with a gorgeous pool, a full game room for the kids (and adults), a beautiful, and a well stocked kitchen (they provided every appliance we could have ever needed). We cooked our own food so it was so nice to have large pots, tons of plates, glasses, cups, and silverware that we needed. We had everything at our disposal, including an air fryer, waffle maker, coffee maker, Nutri bullet, Kuerig, and even an Instapot!! They provided us with extra towels and pool towels as requested and were very receptive to our needs. Just note, you need to bring your own washcloths and extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. I would recommend this property to family and friends as we had a wonderful time overall.
