Poggerello 10 is a beautifully restored historic farmhouse in Laterina Pergine Valdarno, in the Province of Arezzo, offering an elegant retreat in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Dating back to the 1500s, this character-filled home has retained its original charm, with stone floors, impressive wooden beams and its distinctive twin-tower design, while refined antique furnishings add warmth and personality throughout. Spanning 570 square metres, the villa sleeps up to 10 guests across five inviting bedrooms, with a mix of double, queen and twin accommodation. Inside, generous living spaces include a large lounge with dining area and stylish seating, a separate dining room, a TV room and a kitchen with direct access to the outdoor porch. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, laundry facilities and included bedding and towels ensure a comfortable and easy stay for families or groups.
Outside, the setting is just as appealing. The villa is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, vineyards and a backdrop of woodland, creating a peaceful atmosphere with lovely open views. A spacious covered porch is perfect for relaxed meals and quiet mornings, while the panoramic veranda offers extra room for leisure, including table tennis. The private pool sits on a lower terrace in a secluded position overlooking the greenery, with a sunbathing lawn, gazebo and plenty of space to unwind in the fresh air. There is also parking on site, a BBQ for easy outdoor dining, and the property welcomes children and pets, making it a wonderful choice for a memorable countryside escape. Its location in the Valdarno area also makes it an excellent base for exploring the scenic roads, historic villages and cultural highlights of Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
