Description

The remains of an old 16th century tower, then converted into a farmhouse, gave rise to this elegant, two-storey villa in stone which, together with the annex converted from an old barn, has been restored with the indigenous materials of the local traditional artisanship to accommodate a maximum of twelve people in the spacious living area that opens out on to the porch and in the intimate bedrooms, all served by bathrooms in Tuscan travertine. The star of the property is the beautiful swimming pool, set in the most panoramic spot, which offers a striking view over the well-tended countryside and dominated by the Renaissance borgo of Montepulciano, whose historic centre is approximately three km from the property.
