Pool Heat - Optional
- Cost: $35 per day plus tax
- Minimum: 5 consecutive days.
- Temperature will not exceed 90F (Since it is a Spa and NOT a hot tub).
- Must be requested 48h in advance.
- Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. It does not have jets. Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather (below 50F).
- If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Pleasant vacation house
Nice, large vacation home located in growing area. The house was clean and fit our family of 15 well. Great open layout for our family annual trip. The house was a bit sparse on extras(for example blender low quality, no spices/cooking extras that we have had in other rentals). Could have used some extra pots/pans and grilling utensils , as we were such a large group. The location was within walking distance of clubhouse which was nice as parking is limited. Clubhouse area very busy and costly if wanted to buy drinks and food. The layout of the house nice and pool was definitely used a lot. Fans for outdoors would have been a nice addition. Air conditioning nice and cold. Rooms nice and clean. Rooms sizes good. Hogwarts room cool but veryyyyyy squeaky bed canopy. Overall happy with location and house set up and would recommend as a good value for the cost!
