• The pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
• The owner has a parking space and a beach umbrella at the bathhouse-bathing establishment at 4,5 km; if interested, guests can arrange the use of these directly with the owner of the house. The owner also maintains the right to use the pool sporadically and lives in a separate villa on the property.

Fees

• A damage deposit of €300 is required, with a higher deposit of €600 for groups under 21.
• The town tax is to be paid at €2/day/person - until 7 days - up to 14 years old are exempt.
• Electricity has to be paid on the spot, based on consumption at 0.45 €/m3.
