As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open floor plan furnished with elegant style furnishings including a comfortable sofa and love seat. The eight-seat dining table and the four-seat breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's adventures. A private patio with a six-seat table and BBQ is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather on your vacation while grilling up your favorites and you can even jump into the community swimming pool right outside your vacation home. On the second floor, you can find all three bedrooms including a king-sized suite with an adjoining bathroom, an additional queen-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (three twin-sized beds and one full-sized bed). A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this level for any laundry needs as well as a shared family bathroom.
