• Parking is limited to a maximum of 6 cars at the property.

• The home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure, so minor leaves or debris may collect between weekly cleaning visits, especially after rain.
• A skimmer net is provided for clearing light debris from the pool between services.
• Built-in pool and child safety alarms are in place for added awareness around the water.
• The BBQ grill is available for guest use; guests are responsible for cleaning and maintaining it during their stay.
• As with any equipment, BBQ performance cannot be guaranteed in the event of a malfunction.
