This lovely detached villa is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants in Cala San Vincente. The villa itself is bright, airy, modern and colourful which benefits from many features including air-conditioning, all round electrically operated security shutters, an intercom system and dimmer switches in the main living rooms. Split over three levels you'll find two family living rooms and fully equipped kitchen, five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms. Outside the poolside terrace is great for lazy days, topping up your tan and enjoying delicious BBQs alfresco style.
