Recently renovated to give a much more modern day feel, yet without losing its rustic charm, Can Patricia is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to escape to on the beautiful island of Mallorca. This property boasts four bedrooms (one double and three twins) all stylishly done with a minimalist white theme throughout. It also has a bathroom and a shower room. The living/dining room is a great space to kick back and relax in the evenings once night has drawn in with a flat screen television, music system and complimentary Wi-Fi. You have double doors that lead from the dining room and out onto the terrace. The modern kitchen has all necessary appliances. Can Patricia has a fantastic pool with extra wide steps that invite you in to take a dip and cool off from the Spanish heat whilst admiring your beautiful natural surroundings. If you like to be closer to the sun, the second floor offers a lovely sun terrace, great for catching some rays.
