With five inviting bedrooms and four bathrooms, it is well suited to families or groups looking to enjoy the relaxed pace of the Italian countryside. Three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, with a mix of queen-size and king-size beds throughout, offering a restful layout for everyone. Inside, the villa combines classic charm with modern convenience, including air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a smart TV, a DVD player, a stereo, a wet bar, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
The amenities are designed for both relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy landscaped gardens, a terrace with outdoor furniture, al fresco dining, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower, as well as both an indoor pool and a private outdoor pool. For active guests, the villa offers a private gym with exercise bikes, free weights, a treadmill, and training equipment, along with mountain bikes, table tennis, and a pool table. Families are well catered for with a crib, high chair, and welcoming spaces for children. Practical comforts include private parking, a washer, bedding and towels, and hair dryers, while daily basic housekeeping, a gardener, pool care, and a cook help create an easygoing stay.
