Located within the exclusive Royal Westmoreland golf resort, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom family-friendly villa can sleep up to 6 guests. Inside, you will find light and airy open-plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Outside highlights include your own private terrace with covered seating area and an alfresco dining area where you can enjoy stunning ocean views.
This home comes with Full Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, golf course, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). With reference to golf for guests residing in the villa, the Unaccompanied Full Member’s Guest or the Twilight green fees would be applicable (or if accompanied by the member, the Member Guest fee). Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - ROYAL WESTMORELAND
Effective 1st May 2026 Royal Westmoreland Resort will implement a weekly charge for House Guest Membership Cards; charges are applicable based on bedrooms booked and not occupancy.
If guests do not wish to use RWM amenities, they do not register. These charges are a per week charge and any part thereof and cover all guests residing in the villa. Charges are not made on a pro-rata daily basis per registered guest.
Weekly Charges 1 - 2 Bed Properties - Bds$200.00 per week 3 Bed Properties - Bds$250.00 per week 4 + Bed Properties - Bds$300.00 per week
For the properties without membership: Guests can access onsite restaurants and bars between May 1 and October 30 only.
Guests who wish to golf can play at the applicable rates and tee off times are available between 10:00 am and 11:00 am only.
