Modern 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa in Pointe Milou with traditional style

The redesigned and reimagined villa Casa Minotto offers a thoughtful and elegant mixture of traditional St. Barth architecture and spirit with contemporary design and amenities. The traditional "cases" that existed on the grounds were preserved and transformed into beautifully designed bedrooms. Also preserved were many of the plants and trees, giving the property a lush and tropical ambience, enhanced with a deck and gardens.

Inside, Casa Minotto offers a carefully curated collection of art, artifacts, and design objects. The brand new living area and kitchen are outfitted with extra large sofas, a dining area with a table that seats ten people, and modern kitchen appliances.Each of the bedrooms occupies its own freestanding bungalow and has an ensuite bathroom and outdoor space. The two master bedrooms are the most spacious, and the third bedroom is still comfortable for an adult couple. The fourth bedroom is more suitable for teenagers or staff, given its small size and low bathroom ceiling.

The deck has a heated pool, chaise lounges for sunbathing, large umbrellas for shade, a cozy sunken sitting area, and a very convenient outside covered terrace in front of the kitchen for dining and lounging.
