Designed with families and groups in mind, the home features a bright open-plan living area with a sectional sofa, accent chairs, a large flat-screen TV and sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen includes a granite island breakfast bar with seating for 4, plus all the essentials for easy home dining, while the dining table seats 8 for relaxed meals together. Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, with themed bedrooms adding extra fun for younger guests. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the home.

There is plenty to enjoy indoors and out. Upstairs, a loft lounge offers a large TV, video game consoles, an air hockey table and comfortable seating, while the sports-themed games room features a basketball shooting game and ping pong table.
