Wonderful vacation!
We loved staying at the Encore Resort 348. Everything appeared as the pictures showed. Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable beds. Loved how centrally located it was to most places and definitely appreciated the security with having to use a swipe card to enter the premises. Had an issue with the pool most of the week which was challenging to rectify. The customer service response was slow but once I involved management, it was quickly taken care of. Topvilla customer is amazing. Always had a quick response with emails for any needs. Already looking to plan our next vacation at the Encore Reunion for new t year!

Great neighborhood with awesome amenities! The pool was a so nice for a day off from Disney. Location is great as well. The master downstairs is the only true en-suite but the bathrooms will work out perfectly for families with children. Heads up, there’s a slightly annoying pool alarm for child safety which is a requirement for the home but nice to know ahead of time.
