- A maximum of 3 cars is allowed.
- Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street; fines may be imposed.
- The third car must be parked parallel to the driveway to avoid blocking the sidewalk.

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
