Notos Cove is a five-bedroom oceanfront villa on the western coast of Nassau, offering a private setting with panoramic Caribbean Sea views. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the property includes a spacious main house, separate guest house, private beach, swimming pool and a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities.
The main house features bright open-plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped chef's kitchen and four bedrooms with private bathrooms. Large windows and sliding doors make the most of the ocean views and provide easy access to the outdoor spaces. The separate guest house offers extra privacy with a king-size bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchenette.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy a games room with pool and table tennis, a private gym and a dedicated home office. Outside, there is a large swimming pool, elevated hot tub, oceanfront palapa, covered dining area, barbecue grill and several furnished terraces and balconies. A lawn with a fire pit provides another space to relax overlooking the sea.
The villa also has direct access to its own beach, with paddleboards provided and snorkeling available straight from the shore. Located on West Bay Street, Notos Cove is within easy reach of Cable Beach, Baha Mar, restaurants and shops, while Downtown Nassau and the international airport are also accessible by car.
