House Rules

• The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old
• Occupancy is limited to the approved guest count, with a maximum of 8 adults; exceeding the approved occupancy may result in removal from the property without refund
• Parties, events, and gatherings require prior written approval
• The property is in a quiet residential area, and guests are expected to be considerate of neighbours
• Loud noise is restricted, especially between 10 pm and 7 am; noise complaints may result in a $500 fine
• A noise level monitoring system is in place, and sustained excessive noise may lead to removal from the property without refund
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property; evidence of smoking or smoke odour may result in a minimum $500 charge
• All guests and visitors must follow the property rules; violations may result in removal from the property without refund, and any related fines are the guest’s responsibility

Pets

• Pool and water safety is the responsibility of guests, with particular care required around infants, toddlers, and children
• Guests use baby gear, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and other amenities at their own risk
• Wildlife must not be disturbed, including during turtle nesting season
• Guests and visitors must follow all applicable rules at public beaches and parks
