- Laundry facilities are only available in Unit A; Units B and C do not have a washer or dryer.
- The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator.
- As the property is situated above an active business and near a busy highway, guests should expect daytime foot traffic and street noise.
