- Vehicles that do not follow the parking rules may be towed at the guest’s expense.
Pool and Amenities
- The private pool includes a child safety fence for added protection.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not include jets.
- The spa can only be heated when the full pool is heated, and both will reach the same temperature.
- Pool heat operates through a heat-exchange system, so performance may be limited during colder weather.
- In cold conditions, the pool heating system may pause temporarily as part of its built-in safety function.
Deliveries and Services
- Standard postal deliveries are not accepted at vacation homes and may be returned to sender.
- Courier deliveries may be directed to the clubhouse in some resorts, and acceptance can vary by location.
- Delivery issues with online purchases are not guaranteed to be resolved by the property.
