- This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site, and breaches may result in a $300 smoking fine as well as liability for any fire or property damage.
- Guests must be 21 or older to book the property.
- The total number of guests must stay within the property's maximum occupancy, and this includes infants and babies.
- Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, and occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
- Speakers and sound systems are not provided for guest use.
- Any breach of local noise rules may lead to fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
- Parties and events are only permitted with prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be stopped and may incur fines.
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Bringing pets without prior approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
Parking
- Boat parking and golf carts are permitted.
- Each home can accommodate up to 3 vehicles with a boat (depending on boat size), or up to 4 vehicles without a boat.
Amenity and Property Notes
- Pool heating is only available outside the summer months and is not offered from May through September.
- Internet and cable are provided for convenience, though service outages can occasionally occur in the area.
- As the property is located on an island, mosquitos and other pests may be more noticeable at certain times of year.
- Ongoing construction or community improvement work in the area may occasionally be visible or audible during your stay.
