Pool and Amenity Guidelines

• The pool includes a child safety fence for added protection.
• The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets.
• If pool heating is arranged, the spa and pool heat together and will remain at the same temperature.
• Pool heating does not exceed 95°F.
• Pool heaters operate through heat exchange, so performance may be reduced during cold weather.
• In colder conditions, the pool heater safety system may temporarily shut off automatically to protect the equipment.

Property Care

• The home is self-catering, with only limited starter supplies provided on arrival.
• Washcloths are treated as personal-use items, so guests are encouraged to bring their own.
• Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.
• To help keep the home tidy, trash should be placed in the resort dumpster each day and collection days should be observed.
• Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is needed or if repairs are required due to non-compliance with house rules.

Deliveries
