Chania 7 is a spacious Mediterranean villa in the Chania region of Crete, offering an impressive retreat for up to 18 guests. With 9 air-conditioned double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, including private en-suites in selected rooms, it is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or special gatherings. The villa spans two levels and features three comfortable living areas, three fully equipped kitchens, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, a fireplace, central heating, laundry facilities, and thoughtful conveniences such as a safe, ironing facilities, linens, and towels. Several bedrooms open onto balconies, while the property also offers sea, mountain, and garden views for a wonderfully scenic stay.
Outside, the villa is designed for relaxed Cretan living, with a private pool, sunloungers, umbrellas, a daybed, landscaped gardens, and a heated outdoor hot tub. Guests can enjoy long alfresco meals in the outdoor dining area, make use of the built-in barbecue and outdoor kitchen, or unwind around the fire pit in the evening. Entertainment is a highlight, with indoor and outdoor cinema spaces, surround sound, video games, and plenty of room to gather. - The villa can accommodate up to 18 guests.
- Pets are permitted at the property.

- Guests are expected to look after the home and grounds with care and respect during their stay.
- Environmental fee €4-€15 per night must be paid in cash upon arrival
Property Use
- Pool heating at 26 degrees Celsius is included in the price and must be requested at least 2 days in advance (Apr. - Oct.)
- Central heating is available at an extra cost and must be requested in advance.
Events
- In order to host a wedding event, the minimum stay of the property must be booked
- The extra cost for the wedding event is 3000 Euros up to 200 people
- Damage deposit of 5.000 Euros is required for the wedding day on arrival
- Music is allowed until 11 pm
- All bookings involving events are considered as bookings for 18 guests staying at the villa, and are therefore charged at the maximum occupancy rate, regardless of the actual number of guests staying.
