- The property is smoke-free throughout. Breaches of this rule may lead to a $300 smoking penalty and liability for any related fire or property damage.
- Pets are not permitted. Bringing undisclosed pets may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours apply from 9 pm to 8 am, and occupancy limits are strictly enforced to support the surrounding neighborhood.
- Parties and events are only permitted with prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings may be stopped and fines may apply.
- On-site parking is limited to 6 cars per villa.
Use of Amenities
- No speakers or sound systems are provided for guest use.
- Violations of local noise rules may result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
- Pool or spa heating must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
- Pool heating is not available from May 1 to October 1.
- Fire pit use is available upon request.
