- Beach chairs and toys are not included, but a beach gear credit is available for certain reservations.
- Summerhouse pool access is seasonal (May to September) and is not heated.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not permitted within Wild Dunes.
- Access to certain Wild Dunes amenities such as golf, tennis, and spa requires separate bookings.
- Coastal erosion may temporarily affect beach access; refunds or relocations are not offered for such natural changes.
