- Guests are required to adhere to trash collection days and use the resort dumpster daily
- Pool heating needs to be requested 48 hours in advance and may not work in cold weather conditions; no refunds if desired temperature is not achieved
- Attached spa can only be heated if the whole pool is heated and will share the same temperature; it is not a jacuzzi and has no jets
Additional Caveats
- Additional charges will apply if the owner needs to fix something or pay for extra cleaning
- Online purchases using USPS may not be delivered; only UPS, DHL, and FEDEX deliveries are accepted
