- No smoking is permitted on the property. Violations result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.

- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided, and noise ordinance violations are subject to fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will incur fines.
