- Parties and events are prohibited without prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and fines will be imposed.
- Quiet hours are in place from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can lead to fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
