- Do not flush wipes down the toilet; a $1500 fine applies if plumbing issues occur due to flushing wipes.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee and requires 24 hours to heat.
- Pool service is scheduled for every Tuesday and Friday.
Occupancy and Guests
- Maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
- No more than 9 guests are allowed on the property at any time.
- Commercial vehicles are not permitted.
- A maximum of 3 vehicles can be parked in the driveway; no street parking allowed.
Additional Restrictions
- No commercial filming allowed on the property.
- The water may have a natural yellowish tint, which is potable and safe to use.
Local Regulations
- Per City of Pompano Beach regulations, noise must be kept to a minimum after 9 PM and no events are allowed.
