House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Only one dog is allowed per stay and must be disclosed and approved; otherwise, a $500 fine per unauthorized pet will be imposed.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will result in shutdown and a fine.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. No external speakers or sound systems allowed. Noise ordinance violations can incur fines up to $10,000 per incident.
Use of Amenities
- Pool, pest, and landscaping maintenance may occur during your stay, with technicians accessing the backyard via the side gate.
- Guests are advised to deny access to technicians not adhering to PPE standards despite our recommendations.
