Description
Casale La Cascina is a charming, renovated stone farmhouse nestled on a hill in the Marche countryside, offering sweeping views of the green landscape and the Monti Sibillini mountains. Spread over two floors and approximately 200 sq m, the property features four bedrooms, a bright living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space that opens onto a portico designed for al fresco meals. The surrounding garden, approximately 3,000 sq m, is beautifully maintained with olive trees, hedges, and tall trees, and includes a shaded area with a barbecue and an uncovered parking area for up to three cars.
The farmhouse offers a combination of comfort and functionality, with a ground floor comprising a kitchen with dining area, sitting room, bathroom with shower, and laundry room. Upstairs, there is a living room with TV, two double bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, two twin bedrooms, and an additional bathroom with a tub. Guests can enjoy outdoor relaxation at the salt-purified swimming pool, located just a few steps from the house, with a teak solarium furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella. The pool, open from late April to early October, measures 10 x 5 m and ranges in depth from 1.20 to 1.60 m.
The property also includes a private annex, which remains unoccupied during guests’ stays. Its elevated position at 540 m provides a serene setting to unwind, surrounded by nature, while remaining conveniently located for exploring the cultural and natural attractions of the Marche region. Please note that garden and pool photos are taken in spring, and colors may vary at the time of your visit.
