- This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 smoking fee, along with liability for any related fire or property damage costs.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am must be strictly followed. Violations of noise ordinances may incur fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
- Parties or events are prohibited without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Seasonal access to the community pool is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- In the event of heavy snow, it is recommended to use a 4WD/AWD vehicle and chains for safe travel.
- Guests are advised to deny access to any vendors not adhering to safety standards.
