House Rules
- No smoking is allowed inside the property. Violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Guests are allowed up to 2 pets. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
Parking Rules
- Parking is available for up to three vehicles, including one indoor space and two outdoor spaces. Parking on the circle in front of the property is not permitted.
Health and Safety
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place, using hospital-grade disinfectants.
- Guests are advised to deny access to any third-party vendors not adhering to CDC guidelines and PPE standards.
