- No parties or events are allowed on the premises.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in designated external areas. A fine of $250 will be imposed for smoking indoors.
- The pool heater is available for an additional cost and must be requested 48 hours in advance. Note that it may not function efficiently in cold weather conditions, and no refunds will be offered in such cases.
- Guests are advised to follow trash collection guidelines and dispose of trash in the designated resort dumpsters daily.
- Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
- This is a self-catering property. Initial complimentary supplies are provided, but guests are expected to procure their own personal toiletries and groceries.
- Wash towels are considered personal items in accordance with hygiene guidelines, and guests are encouraged to bring their own. Other towels will be provided based on guest numbers.
Parking
Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
