- Damage and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's condition and reporting any damages. Fees for unreported damage will be applied.
- Use of Facilities: Swimming pools and hot tubs are used at your own risk. Additional charges apply for excessive cleaning or damage.
- Compliance with HOA Rules: Guests must follow all HOA or Condominium Association rules. Non-compliance may lead to fines or eviction.
