- The property must be left in the same condition as upon arrival; damage and excessive dirt may incur fees.
- Noise will be monitored; disturbances can result in a $500 charge or more.
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay.
- Hot tubs must be used without bath products, and covers should remain on when not in use to prevent damage.
- Swimming is at your own risk, and no bath towels may be used as beach or pool towels.
- Damages to hot tubs or pool heating, or excessive cleaning, will incur additional charges.
- Four-wheel drive vehicles with winter tires are required during winter months.
- Snow removal service is provided during the winter season; early notification is required for early departures.
- Exterior security cameras may be present.
- Violating neighborhood or HOA rules can result in fines or eviction.
- Refunds are not provided for conditions beyond management's control, such as weather or construction noise.
