Under the gazebo, let the sea breeze lull you as you admire the distant islands of Pinel and St. Barts on the horizon. The heated pool stretches out facing the sea, becoming the heart of the villa. Swim at any hour of the day while soaking in the endless view of the bay and its ever-changing hues. When it’s time to rest, the villa features three spacious bedrooms, each designed with comfort and tranquility in mind. The elegant and bright master suite boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and stunning sea views. The two additional bedrooms, both with king-size beds as well, share a modern bathroom. One of them opens directly to the outside, offering early risers the privilege of waking up to the sunrise over the bay.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is a true gathering space: a large central island, top-of-the-line appliances, and an open layout connected to the living room create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wide glass doors bathe the space in light and provide panoramic ocean views from every corner. Finally, for those who enjoy gentle adventure, a private dock gives you direct access to the sea. Hop into the provided kayak and, after just ten minutes of paddling, arrive at the stunning Pinel Island – a pristine gem of Saint Martin.
