- Pool heaters may temporarily shut off during cold weather to prevent system overloads
- Housekeeping is not provided daily; the house will be prepared and cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee
- Trash should be placed in the resort dumpster daily to maintain cleanliness
