- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed in designated external areas, but a fine of $250.00 applies if this rule is broken.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available but must be requested 48 hours in advance. The minimum duration is two consecutive days at a cost, and the temperature will not exceed 95°F. Note that the pool heating system does not operate efficiently in cold weather, and no refunds will be offered in such conditions.
- BBQ rental is optional and can be arranged during your stay.
- The property is self-catered, and guests are encouraged to purchase personal toiletries and any desired meals.
- Complimentary initial supplies are provided, but long-term provisions should be acquired by guests.
- Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Property Care
- Guests are required to dispose of trash daily according to collection schedules to maintain cleanliness.
- Additional charges will be applied for any repairs or extra cleaning needed due to non-compliance with the rules.
Deliveries
- Online purchases using USPS may not be delivered, as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses. Other courier services like UPS, DHL, and FedEx are recommended for deliveries. Some fees may apply if using the clubhouse for deliveries.
Parking
Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
