- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance, and the heater operates under specific weather conditions. Note that temperature will not exceed 95F and the spa is not a hot tub.
- BBQ rental is available for an optional fee and must be arranged if desired.

- This is a self-catering home. A small welcome kit is provided, but additional supplies should be purchased by guests.
- Daily housekeeping is not included, but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an extra fee.
- Packages shipped via USPS will not be delivered; only UPS, DHL, and FedEx can deliver packages.
- Additional charges apply for necessary fixes or extra cleaning due to non-compliance with rules.
