House Rules
- All vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Vehicles parked improperly will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are prohibited.
- The home is self-catering. A basic welcome kit is provided, but guests should purchase additional supplies as needed.
- Trash should be placed in the bin daily to maintain cleanliness.
- No daily housekeeping service is included, but mid-stay cleaning is available for an added fee.
- Additional charges may be incurred for damages or extra cleaning required.
Delivery and Online Purchases
- Only packages sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx will be delivered. USPS packages will not be recognized and returned to sender.
- Guests are responsible for any issues related to online purchases.
