House Rules
- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas such as the balcony and pool area; a fine of $250 applies for smoking inside the house.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties are not permitted on the premises.
Use of Amenities
- The pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance, with a minimum usage of two consecutive days.
- Note that the pool heater will not function in cold weather and is subject to safety shut-offs if the system overheats in cold conditions. Refunds are not provided if the desired temperature is not reached.
- The attached spa can only be heated in conjunction with the pool and does not contain jets - it is not a jacuzzi.
Additional Notes
- Residents are expected to follow trash disposal requirements by placing trash in the resort dumpster daily.
- Complimentary supplies are provided to cover the initial period of the stay, but guests are advised to purchase their own toiletries and groceries.
- Personal wash towels are not supplied; guests should bring their own towels as per hygiene recommendations. Other types of towels are provided according to the number of guests.
- Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee.
Parking
Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
