- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violation of the no-smoking rule results in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any additional damages.
- Pets are allowed for a fee. Bringing undisclosed pets without prior approval results in a $500 fine per pet.
- Parties and events are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will lead to fines.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. No use of speakers or sound systems is allowed, and violations can incur fines up to $10,000.
Parking Restrictions
- A maximum of four cars is permitted. Please do not block the shared driveway with the neighboring unit.
