House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted on the property. Breaking this rule will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets can incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and fined.
Accessibility and Safety
- The property requires climbing 15 stairs to access the main entrance, with an additional 15 stairs inside. A ramp for handicap access is available on the left side of the garage.
